How do I set months in a yearly Publish calendar?

I am trying to create an academic year calendar in Publisher. When I attempt
to set the dates the window will not allow me to choose a start and end
month. I want to start in August, 2009 and end in June 2010.

Are you using a calendar template or are you trying to change the dates on a
Design Gallery calendar item? If it is the latter you cannot choose a start and
end month.

You will be able to change the date range if you select a calendar template.
