can anyone help i need some text to come out in a sprial but dont know how or if it can be done

No easy way to do this in Word. Easy in CorelDraw -- you can set the text
baseline to follow an arbitrary path. You could also, at a stretch, do it in
PowerPoint by putting each word in a separate textbox and rotating as
appropriate.
