I need to convert .gif files to .ico files...which MS product?

Need to convert .gif files to .ico files. Win2000 operating system. Any help
on which MS application does this?

Closest you will get with MS is MSpaint. Open the ".gif", resize to
32x32 save as ".bmp", rename to ".ico". Or go to www.google.com and look
for an image editor that does Icon files. Irfanvew perhaps.
