Hi all

I need to do this ASAP..can you show me where the links are?

I cannot find the previous posts that are refrred to

I have a form that collects data. I would like that data to be sent to a db
so that a "receipt" number can be generated and returned on a confirmation
page. I would also like a notification email to be sent to the form
moderator to prompt an action on their part.
