M Mikeopolo Jul 25, 2006 #2 With credit to http://www.bettersolutions.com/excel/EHK123/YA315710331.htm Use mm:ss.00 and type in eg 0:45.38 for 45.38 secs. If you type in 0:75.38 Excel will convert the minutes for you and display 1:15.38. If you only want seconds to show, use a format of [ss].00 and type 75.38, will display as such. Regards Mike
