What version of Word are you using... and what behavior do you want to get
rid of?
If you're using Word 2003, press Ctrl+F1 to display the Task Pane, and use
the dropdown arrow to select the Clipboard. At the bottom of the pane,
choose Options, which can be used to suppress some annoying behaviors.
