I need to insert a page into a document filled with "boxes"

I'm working on a form and would like to insert a page - but can't seem to do
it. When I try to put in a "break", it jumps to the first page.

Would appreciate some help.

If the document is protected for forms, you will need to unprotect it to do
that.
