I need to know where to find rental contract forms?

I have a rental home and need to update the last rental agreement, does
anyone know where I can find a free form for that? Can you actually get them
from micro soft office? I am so new to this.

For advice on rental agreements, most large office supply stores have
supplies of standard forms if you really want to go that way. I'd strongly
suggest you consult with a local attorney, the few dollars you save by DIY
will consumed 10 fold by the first problem tenant you have.
