I need to remove messages auto from server

Hi All I need to auto remove messages from server when d/loaded to your
computer for some reason bigpond is keeping them on the server and my usage
runs out to quick i am running office 2007 on vista

For a POP3 account, set the option "leave messages on server" to off in
the e-mail account defined in Outlook.

For IMAP, well, that's how it is supposed to work. Your client
synchronizes with what is in your mailbox up on the server. If you're
running out of disk quota then clean out the old garbage (save it
elsewhere or delete it).
