I need to see choice of my emails addresses to send new mail?

I have Outlook 2007 and it chooses my default email addresses to send a new
message. I know I can use the dropdown menu, and if you choose one it shows a
bar with the sending email addresses. I would like this bar to always display
as I have 3 different ones I use all the time, and keep forgetting to change
it.
I would like the toolbar constantly open to show which one I am using.

I keep sending them with my default and not changing. Please help.

I don't think that's possible to always display the bar showing the sending
account unless you choose the account manually, but I can check when I get
home where I have my OL 2007 system

I checked. It's not possible. As long as you do not choose the account
manually, the bar informing you of the sending account does not appear.
Choosing the account manually, even if choosing the default account, makes the
bar appear.
