I need to set up a calendar for conference rooms (07)

I have 07 meetings rooms and I wnat to set up a outlook calendar for all 10
rooms on the one calendar, does any one have a nice easy way of doing this
and can send me the coding or whatever so I can set this up striaght away.
so to give you idea, I have the following:

Boardroom x 10 persons x 1 room
Meeting room x 10 persons x 4 rooms
Lecture Class Room x 30 persons x 1 room
Lecture Theatre tiered x 80 persons x 1 room

We need to know a bit more from you first - e.g. do you have Exchange Server
Software? If not, what are you running?

What version of Outlook you have is ALWAYS the bare minimum you must let on
for most issues.

I don't know on the exchange server as yet as I am on network within a
business within a another business that provides the IT.

personally I have got XP professionally on my PC and using Outlook 2003.

I am new to this kind of work but it all done on paper at the moment and
their intention is to use the web to allow customers to book rooms that way,
so I need something to make sure all the rooms are available at all times.
