I need vba code "form load" sub?

Can anyone give me instructions to put a form load type sub in VBA for PPT?
I have worked with visual basic 6 and am familiar with the form_load() sub
yet I cannot find a similar sub type in VBA PPT. I want to make an input
box appear that must be filled(systemmodal) at the beginning of my show
before giving the user the option to continue. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

PowerPoint doesn't route events to presentations. The events are available
to add-ins only. You might want to look at Event Generator add-in at
http://officerone.tripod.com/addins.html - it redirects the events to the
presentations.

PPT2000 and later support application level events. The trap those you need
to create an event handler. Visit www.pptfaq.com and in the programming
section there is an articlw which deals with the steps involve in creating
an event handler.
