Grace, please tell your teacher that "microsoft.public.access" is a
technical support newsgroup for a computer program named Microsoft
Access.
It is NOT a "public access" area where random messages should be
posted. If you are developing a database in Access, we'll be glad to
help but if you're just chatting or looking for a homework assignment
solution, please find a better place.
