I pulled a good one.

Somehow I have inadvertently configured my email to only view “plain txtâ€.
Individuals have been sending me emails with graphics in the email and the
images are getting stripped out.
Where can I go to change this back to normal or is there a restore back to
original switch somewhere?

Which version of Outlook are you using?
You can change an individual message back to HTML by clicking on the Info
Bar above a converted message.

Outlook 2007.
It is every email that I get. At the very top of the message where the
subject title is displayed it also has "message Plain txt"

Tools-> Trust Center-> E-mail Security-> Read all standard mail in plain
text

It's not checked. This whole things is weird, everything that I've come
across that has anything to do with enabling "PlainText" is disable yet every
email opens with "Message(plain text)"

This would suggest that the conversion is not being done at Outlook level.
Most likely places where the conversion is taking place is at ISP level or
by a 3rd party addin (virus scanner or other anti-malware suite) that you
have installed.

Must be and Add-in, something specific to the local Outlook install.
OWA does show the graphics.

Then it indeed would be a local addin. As mentioned in my previous post; I
would start looking at anti-malware suites that you might have installed.

Let us know the outcome.
