I put text size on "smallest"- it's still huge?

Im using Windows XP and MS Office Pro 2003. the problem seems to occur only
when using "Help" or clicking on a Microsoft link as in one of the
newsletters. Can't seem to get the text in the resulting material any
smaller than super billboard size.

In Internet Explorer, click on View | Text Size, and change the text
size to something smaller.
