i received Invalid Certificatre Error

I m using XP microsoft Outlook configure mu company pop and smtp server . i
m receiving this error and can not receive and send any email the message
is .
" Microsoft Oulook Could not sign or encrypt this message becasue you have
no certificates which can be used to send from the email address ' My email
address' "
so is ther any one how can help..

If you have an ID Certificate this means that you are trying to send from an
account which is not registered within the ID Cert.
When in 'new msg' View/Options... untick 'add digital sig.'
If you dont have a ID Certificate, or dont wish to use it,
Tools/Options/Security... untick 'add digital sig.'
The above is in OL2K, XP menu may differ.
