Sent items into a particular folder

Hi There

I would like to know how to set up my email so evertime I send one it will
ask me which folder to place it in to. I was able to do this with lotus notes
and it meant rather than losing my emails among millions in "sent items" I
could place the sent intem into hte folder that was topical to the content in
the email.

I woud rather not have to create rules or do this manually everytime I send
an email

Does anyone know?
