I used SQL EXPRESS 2005 to install project 2007. Now I wonder how to change
SQL EXPRESS 2005 to sql server 2005 or sql server 2000.

Backup the databases and restore them into SQL 2005. There are four
Project Server databases, Drafts, Published, Archive and Reporting.
Then there is WSS_Content and WSS_Config. You do not have to move
WSS_Config, the content DB is the important one. Good luck.
