I have a fairly new Dell computer and just recently made Outlook 2003 my
default mail client from Outlook Express. I set up all my profiles and e-mail
addresses and for the most part everything is fine, but I still get a few
e-mails in Outlook Express. What can I do?

You can stop running Outlook Express. A mail client can't get any mail if
you don't run it. If you use Outlook Express for news reading and
consequently must run it, remove the mail account and it won't ever try to
download mail again.

That's because you run Outlook Express which then pulls mail from your mail
server.
The solution is to disable OE's automatic pulling of email messages.
[Tools][Options]
uncheck "Send and Receive messages at startup"
uncheck "Check for new messages every..."
[OK]
