P
please
hi im temporarily managing data base of patients at a hospital
its first time using ms access and it disturbs heck out of me
i need to type in some blood type but it doesnt let me do that
keeping saying "the text you entered isn't an item in the list"
theres an arrow right next to the blank and theres not even any selection
except a 'blank'
i could change the selections by changing a row sources at properties -
combo box
but it came to be just random rows that is used for other documents
and it doesnt even put them in saying "the text you entered isn't an item in
the list"
i tried chaning the data type to - memo, number, type , and even somthing
wizard
the blue arrow in a sky blue box still appears and i just wanna get rid of
it and type whatever i want like A+ or AB+ stuff
thank you for reading this and your comments
