I want a watermark of a picture on page 2 and 3 only

I want to add a picture watermark on just pages 2 and 3 not page 1 how do I
do that?

If this is a three-page document, you can anchor your watermark to the
Header only and not the First Page Header (after checking "Different first
page" on the Layout tab of Page Setup). If there are more pages, and you
want the watermark on just these two, anchor it to a paragraph in the
document body on each page.
