The key is on an orange sticker on the back of your retail case. If you
have the trial and want to convert it, follow the instructions for
converting from a trial to a paid version.

Whoever wrote "Due to the (insert latest virus name here) virus..." must be
asleep at the wheel. As well, you suggested to follow "instructions for
converting from a trial to a paid version" but didn't give them or tell your
customer where to find it. I think this must be a robot we're
"communicating" with.

They are not my customer - they are a peer in a peer-to-peer newsgroup.
Contrary to popular opinion, this is not Microsoft.

I believe that the trial version makes it quite clear how to 'convert' to
full working version.. I suspect that the OP wanted a new 'trial' key to
avoid having to pay for the full version..

Milly also reserves the right to refuse e-mail from people that she does not
know, and she has every right to do this in light of the problems that can
be encountered these days..

If you have anything constructive for the OP that you consider would be more
help than Milly's contribution, please feel free to post it.. Milly and I
will be quite happy to 'look and learn'..

You're an idiot. I haven't had communication with Milly for about two years
now but, last I heard she worked in local government (if memory serves).
Civil servants (as they'd be termed over here) don't usually have customers.
So tell us again - how is the OP Milly's customer?
