I want email address to be seen in a Word document

When typing a newsletter for my group, I want to put in my email address, but
it turns to blue and is hidden when I print it out....HELP!!

On a case-by-case basis:

1. Highlight the text

2. Right-Click on the highlighted text

3. From the drop-down menu, choose:

Remove Hyperlink



To disable automatic formatting of hyperlinks:
1. On the Tools menu, click AutoCorrect Options
2. Click the AutoFormat As You Type tab
3. Under" Replace as you type",
clear the "Internet and network paths with hyperlinks" check box
