I want my attachements in my email automatically downloaded

I use outlook 2003. In some of the email that I get the pictures are
automatically downloaded. Not in others. For instance. I get email from
MyPoints.com some of the email come just fine, then others are converted to
plain text. I have contacted them and they say it is a problem in my
settings. I have the same problem with QVC.com and HSN.com, some are fine and
other from the same company are not. Any help with this would be
appreciated. It has not always been this way. This started about 3 or 4
months ago.
