I want my calendar from 2 days ago. How do i go to it?

I messed up my outlook calendar and lost some appointments i had on there. I
want to go back to the calendar that i had 2 days ago. Can i do this? How?

Unless you made a backup of your folders two days ago or haven't yet emptied
your Deleted Items folder, you're out of luck. Outlook doesn't make backups
automatically.
