i want my emails to show the email address, not the contact name

When i print the emails i sent to others.
The contact name is reflected instead of the email address.

EXAMPLE:
From : ME
TO : Adam Zeus
Hi Adam.....

I would like the email address to be shown rather than the contact name.
EXAMPLE:
From : ME
TO : [email protected]
Hi Adam.....

How do i set to the above format?

Why? You can't DO anything with it.....

If you go to the name in your "contacts" list you will have the option of
displaying both name and e-mail or just e-mail. This is how I have
configured many of my contacts.
