I want several people to be able to answer emails

We have four people in office now. I need a way to have emails come in from
say [email protected] to be able to be answered from anyone. And with
all seeing what was dones.
Any Help Please

SBS2003 and specifically Exchange + BCM will enable you to do that.

You'd define that address as an Account, do an autolink on e-mail addresses,
and share your BCM database with those people. The business history feature
would keep track of everyone's e-mail.
