I want to alphabetize my mailing list? It is in Word, cannot cor.

I want to alphbetize my mailing list (Christmas card labels). I am unable to
correctly utilize the sort feature, that's what the on-line help says.
Please help, my wife is 'KILLING ME' to get this completed!!!!!!

Try asking in a Word forum and give details on the format of the list.
