I want to be able to write over a picture. (filegram) in French

I don't know haow to explain it. I want to have a picture on the background
of my letter. I already did taht with Word Perfect. Coudl I do taht with
words?

You can either format the picture as Behind Text, or you can insert the
picture In Line With Text and create text boxes (No Line, No Fill) formatted
as In Front of Text, depending on how much text there is relative to the
picture.
