Select the whole sheet, copy it, select the rest of the sheets, do
edit>paste special and select formats
Sometimes it is easier to use the paintbrush icon and just paint on the
formats. That obviously if you want to copy
and paste smaller parts.
And if you're copying the formats to a brand new worksheet, maybe you could just
copy the worksheet (Edit|move or copy sheet) and then clean up the the constants
and formulas as required.
