I want to count the cell if contains 111 or 1111

Also, when you give us your formula, tell us what you mean by "contains". If
a cell has ABC111DE, or 11111111, in it, do you consider the cell to
"contain" 111 or 1111... or for the cell to "contain" 111 or 1111, is that
all the cell can have in it?
