I want to edit a category in a shared email account

I want to edit a category in a shared email account (my boss's). When I
click on the categorys icon I can see the categories and when I select (as it
says to do so) the rename function is still greyed out. How do I set the
permissions to enable me to do this? Thanks

you need to do it from his acct directly, you can't edit them from your
acct.
