I want to give multiple options for a meeting

I want to send an email containing voting buttons giving multiple choices for
a meeting and as each receiver selects his choice, drop an appointment into
his calendar.
Has anyone done this or know how?

Create threee meetings on your calendar and then send them as ICS
attachments on a message asking to select one.
