I have plently of email addresses to check using outlook. One of them is my
wifes and everytime she goes to send a message my signature shows up. We then
switch accounts to hers but that is something you can only do when the
message is open. Why not just add more usability by allowing people like us
to just either get rid of the option for a default and just connect the
settings to the folder for the email accounts? That way whenever we want to
send a message we can just click on the name of the account we want to send
for and then click new message. That way we dont have to type a message and
then have to make sure it is being sent from the correct address.
