i want to know who email is from

There is no name when my emails come throgh. I want to know who they are
from. It used to give the name but something happened and now it just has
the size. Help Please. Thanks

It would help if we knew what program and version of that program you
are using to access your e-mail.

Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]

Right click on the email in your preview pane and select Outlook
Properties - the header will tell you who it is from but I can tell you now,
it is most likely spam.

Are you saying you lost the "From" column in Outlook?
