I want to re-install (move) Office XP onto a new laptop I bought..

I heard there is a 'problem' with XP, Office XP, etc - in that you cannot
simply install it on a 2nd computer. I just bought a 2nd laptop, and want
to install it on that one ( I use both). Is there a problem? Am I
limited to one computer, and if so, is there a 'transfer' process?

This same question would apply if I bought someone else's Office XP 'used'.
If they had already installed it once, and for whatever reason are now
selling the software, can I buy it and install it on my computer?

I can't believe I can't find anything about this on the MS website.

Read the End User License Agreement that applies to your copy of Office
XP by starting Word and clicking on Help | Microsoft Word Help |
Contents | click on the + next to "Microsoft Word Help" | End User
License Agreement. In the "Grant of License" section, it tells you the
number and type of computers you are licensed to install the software on.
