Just bought a new laptop with Vista. Can I install my licence?

I have an Office 2003 Licence I bought couple of years ago. Just bought a new
laptop and it comes with pre-installed Windows Vista and I want to migrate my
2003 licence from my old computer to the new one... May I do that? How?

Just install it on the new computer.

If your Office version is a retail version;
Uninstall any trial version of Office, together with Activation Assistant on
the new Laptop, then reboot, and install your paid for version of Office
2003.
Uninstall Office 2003 from your old Laptop, if your old PC is a desktop
usually, depending on exact version, you can keep a copy on the two devices
