I want to return picture to original size

I need help!

I wanted to email some pics and it wouldn't let me until I resized it. Then
it made me save the changes to actually upload it. Now they are stuck in
mini sizes! Can anyone tell me how to get my pictures back! I transfered
them from HP Image zone and saved them to Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
When i try to resize them they get blurry and out of focus. Please help!!

Reload a copy of the original from were you keep it stored. If you
compressed the ONLY copy in existence, you are out of luck.
