I want to send a picture...HOW?

I have a windows xp. I wanted to send 3 pictures of some baseball cards to a
place like ebay or decalmp. The have an empty box on their sellers document.
I have a samsung camera and it (and I) can download it easily. So...how do
I send this image to a sellers document on (which describes what I am
selling) on an auction site? I can access the pictures on my computer
easily...take me from there please.

Not really anything to do with Office or winxp.
Save pics to hd, remember file names or rename to something appropriate.
Using Ebay, assuming registered, Sell an item and follow prompts to insert
pics
