I want to set a rule to delete a message as soon as it is SENT. .

I have to send an e-mail out 4-5 times a day that I do not need to keep in
sent. I want to set a rule that will delete the message as soon as I send.
I find I can copy, forward and do all sorts of things to the message once
sent - but can't delete.

Am I missing something? I set my rule based on the receipient. I want to
say "if sent to TEAM - delete after sending".

Any ideas?

Is this the same message (or at least the same recipients) every time?

Yes, the receipeint is the same each e-mail. We have an address on our
system called TEAM. I have no reason to keep any e-mails sent to TEAM. But
I must send at least 4 per day. I can delete them manually of course, just
was hoping to say via a rule "If the recipient is TEAM, delete e-mail after
sending"

I can delete if I receive from TEAM, but can't seem to see how to delete
(Automatically) if I send.

Thanks!
