I want to set up a recurring appt for the penultimate Mon monthly

I would like to set up a recurring appointment for the penultimate Monday in
each month. This means it's not always the third or fourth Monday as some
months have 4 weeks and some have 5 weeks. Can anyone help? There doesn't
seem to be a penultimate option in the drop down list.

There aren't any options for that. Sadly you'll have to do that manually
