I want to show message/mail form?

I use Outlook Express. I wanna make the app which can show message/mail
form. When User click a button, so message/mail form will show with its
Recipients, Subject, Attachments, body has filled automatically.

if i just exec/run 'mailto:[email protected]', So I only see message/mail form with
its Recipients has filled automatically. But I cant set its Subject,
Attachments, body.
