I want to turn off "Delete block no (yes)?" prompt in MS Word.

When I highlight text in MS Word and hit <delete>, I get a prompt at the
bottom left-hand of the screen that states: "Delete block no (yes)?"
This only just started and I want to turn it off.
Thoughts?
