No. Office Student and Teacher Edition is not upgradeable. You would either
have to buy a full version of Office Pro 2003 or you can buy the stand alone
programs that you need.

Check upgrade eligibility products here:

Then check the programs you have. While Office 2002 STE does not qualify,
you may have others { such as Works} that are qualifying products for a
upgrade to Office 2003 Professional.
