I used to use free/busy feature but, after being abroad for a couple of
weeks, I found an email from MSN asking me to renew the service but can't
because the Free/Busy option is “greyed out†on the send/receive drop down
menu.
I have always found free/busy a very flaky and erratic service as
friends/colleagues who subscribe alongside me often show as†information not
available†one day but works the next. I'd still like to use it as, in
theory, it’s a useful feature.
Any suggestions how to get it back again and make it more stable?
