I will like to create a shape in the organization chart

I need to create a unique shape in a visio organization chart. Can I do
this? I am not a programmer but have average software skills.

If you start from an existing organization chart shape, you should have all
the necessary smarts in place. Just modify the geometry to make it look the
way you want. No programming is needed, but you probably will have to get
into the Shapesheet (in the Window menu) to get everything set up properly.
