I would like my personal calendar and my public calendar to be th.

We are a small office of 10 staff and we have a public folder where everyones
calendar can be viewed and shared. The only way to copy from my public
calendar to my personal calendar is to drag and drop. Ideally, I would want
my personal calendar and my public calendar to sync or just have my public
calendar be my default calendar so when I sync my Palm it all shows up, my
staff can see what I am doing etc... I hope this makes sense

Outlook/Exchange offers no method for synchronizing calendars. At least,
not now.
