I would like to add a Date Created Field to the Contact Card.

#1 - For future reference - the question(s) being asked should be put in
message body and not the subject field - you will probably find that you
will get more responses that way and also makes it much easier for others to
follow the thread. Also as a general rule, your Outlook version should also
always be stated at a very minimum since different answers can apply
depending on what version of Outlook you're using. In this case, it doesn't
matter since the answer is the same regardless (assuming you're using
Outlook '2000 or above)

#2 - The field (data) that you are looking to add to the contact form is
available under the "All Fields" --> "All Contact Fields" list under the
field name "Created". To put that field (or any other field for that
matter - either standard or user-defined) on the main contact form (which is
the IPM.Contact message class) requires the creation of a custom form. Any
pre-existing contacts will have to have the message class field updated to
reflect the new message class that will used as the default for
adding/viewing any contacts since Outlook does not do that automatically
(if/when you get to that point - there are several free programs available
to do that - of which we supply one on our website -
http://www.contactgenie.com/cgtmcm.htm).
