Just the one grade or multiples?

=LOOKUP(A1,{"A","B","C","D"},{"BD400","BD300","BD200","BD100"})

OR =VLOOKUP(A1,table,2,FALSE) where table is a range from columns B and C

Find Car Allowance. Employees with grade D will get a Car Allowance BD 100 and others will get a zero.
