I would love to be able to put a wrap text button on my toolbar. Is this
functionality currently available?

Yes, press alt + enter for a new line, or record a macro and attach it to a
custom menu button

This is a macro I have assigned to a Toolbar button.

Sub Wrap_Text()
With Selection
.WrapText = Not .WrapText
End With
End Sub

Toggles warp text on/off
